If you want to chill out a little during your time at Dubai International Airport, head to the Zen gardens at Terminal 3 which are made up of a fish pond with trickling water, lush trees and benches. And if you’re travelling with kids, there’s also a play area to help keep them busy while you relax.

There’s an Entire Terminal Dedicated to the A380

Terminal 3’s Concourse A, which opened in 2013, is the world’s only purpose-built facility for the A380. It is 90 metres wide, 645 metres long and has 11 floors, some of which are underground. It can be enjoyed by up to 19 million passengers a year, and features the world’s first multi-level boarding for First and Business Class passengers directly from their lounges.
